the trickster designs were originally drawn by shelby, the artist who draws calliope's art, a long time ago! so as soon as people noticed that her designs were going to be the canon ones, they just looked at them and assumed dirk would follow the same pattern.

there aren't any canon designs for those yet, aside from john. john's trickster sprite was what started the whole trickster thing in the first place!
